The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on a hybrid basis in Jakarta on Monday (29/6), attended by 90 Shareholders representing 100% of voting rights. The meeting unanimously approved three main agendas, including the ratification of the Company’s Financial Statements for the 2025 Fiscal Year, which recorded the highest net profit in the Exchange’s history at IDR 1.07 trillion, representing a 59.4% year-on-year (yoy) growth. Despite market volatility in the first half of 2025 driven by global external pressures, collaborative market stabilization policies with OJK successfully revived the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI/IHSG) in the second half, hitting 24 All-Time High (ATH) records and peaking at 8,711. This strong performance was further bolstered by an average daily stock transaction value of IDR 18.1 trillion, an increase in IPO capital raising to IDR 18.1 trillion, and a massive 37% surge in capital market investors to 20,3 million by the end of 2025.

In addition to ratifying financial and operational achievements, the 2026 AGMS approved the appointment of Public Accounting Firm Purwanto Susanti dan Surja (a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) for the 2026 Fiscal Year. For the final agenda, the meeting officially appointed the Company’s Board of Directors for the 2026–2030 term, as stipulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The newly established management structure is led by Jeffrey Hendrik as President Director, accompanied by Saidu Solihin (Director of Corporate Valuation), Irvan Susandy (Director of Trading and Membership), Yulianto Aji Sadono (Director of Surveillance and Compliance), Abdul Munim (Director of Information Technology and Risk Management), Iding Pardi (Director of Development), and Umi Kulsum (Director of Finance, Human Resources, and General Affairs). With this new leadership, the Exchange reaffirms its full dedication to advancing market reforms, bolstering infrastructure resilience, and accelerating the transformation toward a modern, inclusive, and globally competitive exchange ecosystem.
