On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) held its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The 2024 IDX AGMS has discussed 5 agendas, namely 1) Approval of the Annual Report including the Board of Commissioners Oversight Report and Ratification of the Company’s Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2023; 2) Approval of the Company’s Mandatory Reserve Provision for the Financial Year 2023; 3) Appointment of the Company’s Public Accountant for the Financial Year 2024; 4) Appointment and Determination of Honorarium for Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company for the Term of Office 2024-2028 and Provision of Service Fees for Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company whose Terms of Office Expire; and 5) Amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association.
