Jakarta – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesia Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI), and Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI), with the support and guidance of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), have completed 4 (four) key action items as part of capital market transparency reforms. These initiatives represent ongoing efforts to enhance credibility, accountability, and investor confidence in Indonesia’s capital market industry. The four reform initiatives include (1) disclosure of share ownership above 1% to the public, (2) publication of High Shareholding Concentration (HSC) accessible via the IDX website, (3) enhanced granularity in investor classification within KSEI data, and (4) an increase in  the minimum free float threshold to 15% through amendments to IDX Regulation No. I-A and its accompanying explanatory circular.
