On Tuesday (21/10) and Wednesday (22/10), PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX), PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI), and PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), together with EY Indonesia, once again collaborated to hold the IPO Masterclass 2025 titled “How Can You Shape Uncertainty into Opportunity for Your IPO”, on 21–22 October 2025. This Masterclass is the 9th series organized by the capital market SROs in partnership with EY Indonesia since 2018, featuring a number of professional speakers from the capital market industry.
The first day began with the opening of the first trading session at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Main Hall, marked by welcoming remarks from the Head of the Listed Company Development Division, Ms. Listyorini Dian Pratiwi, and Country Managing Partner of EY Indonesia, Mr. Peter Surja.
In his remarks, Mr. Peter Surja stated that the IPO Masterclass Program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the IPO journey and emphasize the importance of IPO readiness in building long-term value.
Following the trading opening ceremony, the agenda continued with an update on the Indonesian capital market delivered by Mr. Sofiyan Adhi Kusumah Dinata, Head of Unit Potential Listing Development 2. This was then followed by presentations from EY Indonesia Partners on IPO Overview, IPO Diagnostic Assessment, and Taxation.
On the second day, the Masterclass featured several supporting professions, including Mr. Dwi Ari Praptomo from Lotus Andalan Sekuritas to discuss underwriting aspects, Mr. Iqbal Darmawan from HHP Law Firm to discuss legal aspects of the IPO process, and a session on ESG Reporting by EY Indonesia. The second-day activities concluded with an IPO success story presented by Mr. Ameesh Anand, Director of PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk (CMNT), who shared his experience during the IPO process. After participating in the Masterclass, attendees are expected to gain a deeper understanding of the IPO process and feel more confident in leveraging the capital market as part of their company’s growth.
