On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, the launch event for a new statistical publication named “IDX New Listing Information” was conducted. This publication comprises data and information related to the initial listing of prospective companies on IDX. It includes company profiles, IPO and listing information, financial report data, as well as shareholder information. This data can assist investors in making investment decisions, conducting analysis, and research. The launch of this publication is also part of IDX’s efforts to support the availability, transparency, and broader access to data in the Indonesian capital market.
During the launch of IDX New Listing Information, IDX added content to better meet the needs of investors. This includes oversubscription ratios, the number of listings per year, ISSI index members, cost of fund, categories of IPO fund usage plans, summary of financial reports and latest shareholders, financial performance presented in graphical form (assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, profit/loss), financial ratios, employee count, and a diagram depicting the composition of shareholders.
