On Friday, 5 January 2024, the trading session of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was opened by PT Asri Karya Lestari Tbk (ASLI) to mark the listing of ASLI shares on the Main Board of IDX. ASLI becomes the first listed company on the IDX in 2024.
ASLI operates in the general contracting sector with a focus on foundation work, erection, formwork, road construction, heavy equipment rental, and ready-mix concrete through its subsidiaries. ASLI was established on December 20, 2008, in Bekasi. As a manifestation of the company’s commitment to providing guaranteed products and services, ASLI has obtained ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certificates, valid until March 9, 2024.
