Listing Ceremony of PT Lupromax Lupromax Indonesia Tbk (LMAX) on Indonesia Stock Exchange

On Wednesday, 9 August 2023, the trading hours for the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will also be opened by PT Lupromax Lupromax Indonesia Tbk (LMAX) in order to list LMAX shares and warrants on the IDX Acceleration Board. LMAX will be the 62nd listed company listed on the IDX in 2023.LMAX operates in the Consumer Cyclicals sector and the Automobiles & Components sub-sector. LMAX is also engaged in the Auto Components industry with the Auto Parts & Equipment sub-industry. The offering price for LMAX shares is IDR 200.00 per share with a total of 650,000,000 shares listed, so that its market capitalization is Rp130,000,000,000.00. In addition, LMAX warrants will also be listed with the LMAX-W code.
