On Tuesday, 24 January 2023, PT Penta Valent Tbk. (PEVE) opened trading hours for Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). PEVE for the initial listing of PEVE shares on the IDX. PEVE is domiciled in West Jakarta and was founded in September 1968 in Jakarta, Indonesia under the name CV Penta Valent. PEVE changed its legal entity to become a Limited Liability Company on 4 April 1972.
PEVE is a distributor of pharmaceutical products and consumer goods such as cosmetics, personal care, toiletries and household in Indonesia through 34 branches with a nationwide reach. Since 2009, PEVE has increased its competence to distribute cold chain products (Cold Chain Products/CCP) so that products must be maintained at a constant temperature range of 2°-8°C during storage, delivery, until they are handed over to the Hospital or Pharmacy.
