On Monday (1/9), the Press Conference on the Stability of Indonesia’s Capital Market was held at the Main Hall of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The event featured Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, who emphasized the importance of maintaining capital market stability, particularly amid the dynamics and domestic conditions that require collective vigilance.
In his remarks, Airlangga underlined that Indonesia’s capital market holds a strategic role as a source of development financing and as an investment platform for the public. He also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to strengthening coordination with capital market authorities and all stakeholders to ensure the market remains orderly, fair, and efficient, while continuing to make a tangible contribution to inclusive and sustainable national economic growth.
