The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) hosted the first quarter run of PSE STAR: Investor Day on May 15 and 16, 2024. The virtual event showcased live briefings of 12 publicly listed companies (PLCs) while another 15 PLCs joined through pre-recorded briefings. Close to 60 percent of the participants were retail investors, followed by listed company representatives, institutional investors, and equity analysts and trading participants at around 10 percent each while the remaining 10 percent was accounted for by investment bank representatives, media, and others.

“I am pleased that PSE STAR continues to attract the interest and support of PLCs.  PSE STAR has been a proven platform where PLCs are given the unique opportunity to present their quarterly earnings, discuss their plans and prospects, and address questions that investors, analysts and fund managers may have on their respective companies,” said PSE President and CEO Ramon S. Monzon.
