PSE taps DragonFi Securities, Inc. for its PERA program

Published on 05/06/2026

The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) and DragonFi Securities, Inc. (DragonFi) held a ceremonial signing on June 4, 2026, to mark their partnership for PSE’s Personal Equity and Retirement Account (PERA) program for employees.

PSE is the first listed company to adopt a PERA program for its employees, reinforcing the Exchange’s commitment to promoting long-term financial security among its own workforce while supporting greater participation in the domestic capital market.

DragonFi, the first PERA administrator accredited by the Securities and Exchange Commission, is the administrator of the program. It provides the platform and administrative support needed to implement the Exchange’s payroll-based PERA program for participating employees. DragonFi’s role includes facilitating employee contributions, PSE’s matching contributions, account administration, regulatory compliance, and periodic reporting.

PSE launched its PERA program on April 28, 2026, as part of the Exchange’s continuing efforts to promote capital market development by encouraging disciplined, long-term investing, consistent with the declared policy of the PERA Law to mobilize savings and promote capital market development.
