Signing Memorandum of Understanding for Capital Market Development and Synergy by IDX and HKEX

On Wednesday, 26 July 2023, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the IDX Main Hall. The MoU was signed by IDX President Director Iman Rachman and HKEX Chief Executive Officer Nicolas Aguzin and also witnessed by IDX President Commissioner John A. Prasetyo and HKEX Board Member Cheah Cheng Hye.

This collaboration between the IDX and HKEX aims to strengthen the position of the Indonesian capital market in global eyes. Through the MoU, the two parties will cooperate more closely towards the common goal of opening up new opportunities and exploring new product development.”
