The Vietnam Exchange is a 100% state-owned enterprise that was established by restructuring the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and Hanoi Stock Exchange. The establishment of the Vietnam Exchange was necessary for the development of a dynamic economy.
Vietnam Exchange
The goal of the Vietnam Exchange is to organize the securities trading market in accordance with legal regulations, together with the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and the Hanoi Stock Exchange. It aims to ensure that securities trading activities are conducted transparently, fairly, orderly, safely and efficiently, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors. Additionally, the Vietnam Exchange will strengthen its integration and association with regional and international markets towards international standards, sustainable development, competitiveness improvement, and risk management. This will contribute to narrowing the gap between Vietnam’s securities market and developed markets.
