Statement of Commitment from ASEAN Exchange

Following the 32nd ASEAN Exchanges CEO’s meeting in 2021, an ESG Working Group (ESG WG) was formed to focus on topical ESG issues that would be of common interest to all the ASEAN Exchanges, as well as to attract greater global investor interest to our markets. At the 33rd ASEAN Exchanges CEO’s meeting in September 2021, the CEOs’ endorsed the ESG WG’s proposal to focus on sustainability reporting as the foundational topic to guide the ASEAN Exchanges collaborative ESG efforts.
